Hoezo in KINO

This fast-paced flick is superior to the meandering television series by Jonathan Nolan that was recently canceled after four seasons. Less philosophic and more of a showdown of man versus machine; be prepared for a thrill ride when A.I. suddenly seems conscious and able to revolt against its human exploiters. Lauded director Michael Crichton knew what he was doing, being the writer of futuristic novels like Jurassic Park, Looker and Coma. We love this (50-year-old!) film so much we’ve imported a 35mm print from the U.K., which we can screen three times only in our small auditorium. Don’t miss it. English language without subtitles.
