Hoezo in KINO

Jóhann Jóhannsson, best known for his musical scores on Sicario, Arrival and Mandy, directed Last and First Men before his untimely death in 2018. This existential sci-fi art installation based on the novel by Olaf Stapledon is a monochrome meditation on human life and it’s (in)significance in an indifferent universe, serenely narrated by the great Tilda Swinton. Not a film for everyone, but as a contemplative experience of sight and sound it is not to be missed.

Storyline
