Storyline

  • Go for the Neck by Anna Antal & Osmar Salgado. Short film. Two sisters reunite to discuss the fate of their dead grandfather’s cabin: sell it or keep it? Little do they know that their conflict will uncover the real nature of their childhood home. Trigger warning: Contains references to child abuse. Photosensitive content (flashing lights).   • Ygara-Apé by Rebeca Cabral de Oliveira. Short film. Ygara apé is a short animated film exploring memory, saudade, and displacement through autobiographical storytelling. 
  • Welcome to Bel’Cerra by Amalia Iasmina Stanciu. Animated series pilot. You, the viewer, are suddenly transported into a world reigned by chaos, with only a sentient mushroom and a faceless narrator by your side. What could possibly go wrong? Trigger warning: Contains violence involving children. Advisory age: 16+
  • Ingrave by Crina Manaila & Dovydas Raudonis. Game trailer. When the Queen is murdered, and Head Guard Aurora’s close ones are guilty by suspicion, she must dissect her own past to decide which of her friends deserves to pay the price. Advisory age: 12+
  • Wonder by Tina Fareghi. Short film. A grieving young girl gets lost and ends up in a strange fantastical world where she receives help from her lost one’s spirit to guide her home. Advisory age: 6+
  • In Holes and Corners by Milo Jaremek. Film trailer. A man who collects pieces of the sky into picture frames gets confronted with a darkness that spreads and consumes, but a peculiar cube appears and leads him to a comforting place. Advisory age: 6+
