Hoezo in KINO

Tartan skirts, an alternative rock soundtrack and the raw star power of Fairuza Balk are the perfect ingredients checked in a caldron to cook up a campy 90s teen-witch flick to enjoy, this Halloween Saturday. Being new at school sucks, so join a coven and get the magic powers to get back at Skeet Ulrich’s slimey f***boy and have fun levitating with the girls and summoning seshes on the beach. A great coming of age story wrapped in the supernatural but grounded by real life struggles of belonging, peer pressure and facing your fears. English language without subtitles.

Storyline

Sarah is the new girl at a Catholic high school in Los Angeles, and she quickly falls in with three outcasts who practice witchcraft. With Sarah completing their circle, the girls discover that their rituals actually work, and they start settling scores with everyone who has wronged them. But the power they have summoned does not come free, and it begins to change them. A cult teen horror classic with an iconic performance by Fairuza Balk.
