Storyline

In a tranquil Thai province near Bangkok, retired war veteran Yong leads a seemingly ordinary life. Despite his declining health, he spends his days meticulously building a treehouse and raising his brilliant granddaughter, Xiang, alongside their dog, Rambo. Yet beneath this idyllic existence, the shadows of his troubled past continue to haunt him. As Yong and Xiang navigate their interwoven lives, the film explores themes of memory, generational contrast, and the passage of time. Yong’s reflections on his past stand in contrast to Xiang’s youthful aspirations, highlighting the delicate balance between holding on and letting go.
