Leto is a music biography romance. In 80s Russia a love triangle emerges around a rock and roll musician, his protege, and his wife. It depicts the youth of Viktor Tsoi and the Leningrad underground rock culture of the time. This film quietly picked up loads of awards at the festivals last year, best soundtrack award in Cannes, best production design at the European Film Awards and then the White Elephant for best film at the Russian Guild of Film Critics.
